NAKIYA BINDER



Nakiya Binder knows the Jacksonville area – she was born and raised in Duval County and enjoys helping people find their homes in the area she loves so much. She’s helped people buy and sell their homes in the Northeast Florida area for more than ten years. Prior to focusing on real estate, Nakiya practiced full-time as an Occupational Therapist for 18 years. As a relocation specialist, Nakiya enjoys helping people who are relocating find their new home. Nakiya’s success in real estate has earned her the National Association of Realtors Circle of Honor Achievement Award in 2018 and 2019. She has a heart for helping people find their homes and specializes in assisting military and corporate professionals with their relocation needs. A leader herself, Nakiya has serves as President, Vice-President and Parliamentarian for the Omega Phi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.. She also has served on the board for Historic Coast Pearls, Inc. Nakiya earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida in addition to her real estate license and certifications. She and her husband, Dexter, have been married for over 20 years. They have two adult children. In her spare time, Nakiya enjoys finding new dining experience and spending time with her family.
